"Alan recently sold our home in Tucson and we had an amazing experience! Our neighbor told us about Alan Aronoff, and said if we ever sold our house we should call him as he is THE best. From the moment we met Alan, we knew we were in good hands. Alan REALLY knows the Tucson market, and he brings such valuable experience! Alan let us know what to expect for each step of the selling process— which has changed so much since we sold our last house in a different state. Alan has a very calm presence and just know that if anything comes up, he gives calm guidance. My husband and I are so grateful to Alan for selling our home, and getting us the best price for it. The photos he had taken of the house were amazing and he presented our house SO well in the description. We worked as a team with Alan, to get our house ready, and in our case our home sold right away. We truly love Alan, he’s the best!"

"My wife and I relocated from Vancouver, WA to Tucson, AZ for a work promotion. We found Alan online through a house that he had listed. We emailed him to ask some questions about the home and began emailing back and forth about others. We described to Alan the type of home we were looking for in terms of distance to work, style, neighborhood feel and price range. Within minutes Alan responded with a great list of homes for us to check out. By the time we were ready to make a quick (less than 1 week) house hunting trip Alan had arranged for us to look at close to 20 different homes, and had no issue with us adding some that we had found on our own. His quick response times and understanding of our needs made us confident that Alan was the realtor we should go with.My wife and I only had about three days to look at houses and Alan cleared his entire schedule and gave us three full days worth of his time. He was very flexible with changes to the schedule and drove us from place to place. Within three days we had three houses that we were willing to make an offer on. We made an offer on our favorite and Alan worked very diligently with us and the buyers while we were back in Washington.When it came time to negotiate price and other considerations with the seller, Alan worked quickly between us and the buyer and offered excellent advice based on his 29 years of experience. Alan also had excellent recommendations on VA loan officers, inspectors and termite inspectors. We've used Alan's list for other projects since we've moved in and have yet to be disappointed.We really enjoyed working with Alan and have him to thank for a home that we absolutely love. If and/or when we decide to move again, we plan to use Alan to help us sell our home. I cannot recommend Alan enough."

"I would highly recommend Alan for your real estate needs. I was interested in a particular home to purchase but was not working with a realtor. Alan actually was representing the seller. The seller shared with us that he had interviewed many realtors before he chose Alan. I asked Alan if he would represent me as well in the purchase of the home. He agreed and thus began our journey. The seller needed to sell the house as he was relocating for work but he also appeared to be having trouble letting go. Alan did an excellent job navigating the emotional and financial needs of both myself and the seller without compromising his relationship with either one of us. He was always very calm and honest talking each one of us through the highs and lows of each counter offer keeping both of us at the table. He always made himself available no matter what time of day or night as well as on the weekends. His knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. He makes you feel very comfortable with every step of the process and takes the time to explain anything you may be concerned about in a manner that puts you at ease. I have purchased several homes throughout my life and Alan is the first realtor who actually made a point of being at the title company when I was signing the various documents to answer any questions and to make sure everything went smoothly. I am convinced that the only reason I actually succeeded in purchasing this particular home is because of how Alan very sincerely yet masterfully worked with the seller (and myself) to craft a final offer that we both could live with. Additionally, Alan recommended an outstanding lender and insurance provider who I did actually decide to use. Since the sale, Alan has continued to be an excellent resource for assistance in finding local service providers to help with improvements and repairs on the home."

"Alan is an excellent Real Estate Agent! He worked hard to market our home and get us our asking price. He was always patient, offered good advice, and never pressured us to accept a lower offer. He treated the property like it was his own and coordinated all appointments with potential buyers, home inspectors, plumbers, etc.He answered my questions promptly and effectively and always kept me in the loop.I would highly recommend Alan to anyone who is seeking to do a real estate deal in Blenman-Elm, Sam Hughes or the University area."

"We used Alan Aronoff to sell a home inherited by three siblings. Alan had to work with all of us to get the home on the market and sold to settle the estate. He communicated with everybody in a very timely and effective manner to complete all the necessary listing documents and was extremely helpful in making sure the home was well-priced during a period of rapidly changing market conditions. Alan soon brought us multiple offers, sorting through various terms and conditions in order to identify the strongest proposal. He then worked constructively with the buyer's representatives to finalize an agreement and arrange for a smooth closing. I highly recommend Alan Aronoff."

"Alan helped me sell a home and then buy a home a few months later, and I could not imagine a better realtor. He was professional, thorough, communicated well, and helped me through every step of the process, even when I was out of the country. He also went above and beyond and helped with small details, like making sure everything was smooth after the purchase and connecting me with contractors when needed. Both the sale and the purchase went smoothly, and though I'm very happy in my new home, I will definitely call Alan if I want to buy or sell a home in the future. "Alan Aronoff recently sold our house in Tucson at a time when rising mortgage rates were discouraging many buyers. He kept us well informed throughout the process, although we were living in another state. His communications with us struck just the right balance between realism and optimism, whether he was delivering good news or bad. He was very organized and diligent in showing the house and extremely helpful in organizing necessary inspections and repairs.
